完璧ではなく、どこかに欠点や不足がある様子。文法では過去に繰り返し起こる動作を表す時にも使われる。

日常会話や文法用語で使われます。「imperfect solution」は「不十分だが全く間違いではない解決策」を指します。英語では主に形容詞です。
