যখন কাউকে বারবার বিরক্ত বা কষ্ট দেওয়া হয় এবং এতে সে অস্বস্তি, ভয় বা দুঃখবোধ করে। এটি কর্মক্ষেত্র, অনলাইনে বা সাধারণ জীবনে হতে পারে।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

'was harassed' বা 'being harassed' প্রায়শই ব্যবহৃত হয়। এছাড়াও 'sexually harassed' এবং 'harassed at work' বাক্যাংশগুলো প্রচলিত। এটি সাধারণ বিরক্তির চেয়ে বেশি গুরুতর ও আনুষ্ঠানিক অর্থ প্রকাশ করে।
