ハンドラーとは、動物や人、機械などを管理・操作・訓練する人を指します。時には誰かを裏で管理する人も表します。

特に犬や馬など動物の訓練担当者としてよく使われます。また、IT分野では「イベントハンドラー」などの表現も。日常会話ではあまり使いません。
