Definition

'draft'의 과거형. 어떤 것이 초안으로 작성되었거나, 누군가가 (특히 군대에) 선발되거나 징집당했음을 의미합니다.

Usage Notes (Korean)

공식성은 상황에 따라 다름: 문서 작성에는 중립/공식, 군대 징집은 공식/법률적. 'drafted a letter', 'drafted into the army'처럼 사용. 스포츠에서 팀에 선발될 때도 쓴다.
