物事の進行について指示を出したり管理したりすること。特にリーダーや監督、マネージャー、映画や舞台、プロジェクトをまとめる役割を指します。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

映画や舞台の場合は「監督する」、チーム運営では「指導・管理する」意味。'leading' よりフォーマル。'addressing' や 'guiding' とは区別してください。
