'Delusions' সাধারণত চিকিৎসা বা মানসিক স্বাস্থ্য প্রসঙ্গে ব্যবহৃত হয়। যেমন: 'delusions of grandeur', 'paranoid delusions'। 'Illusions' (ভুলভাবে দেখা/শোনা), 'hallucinations' (অস্থির অনুভূতি) থেকে আলাদা।
