Definition

কোথাও বিশেষ ব্যক্তি, চরিত্র, প্রাণী বা জিনিসের মতো দেখাতে পরা বিশেষ পোশাক, থিয়েটার, পার্টি বা উৎসবে ব্যবহৃত হয়।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

সাধারণত হ্যালোইন, নাটক, থিম পার্টিতে ব্যবহৃত হয়। 'costume' মানে কোনো কিছু বা কারো মত বেশে সেজে ওঠা—এটা সাধারণ 'জামা-কাপড়' নয়। বিভ্রান্তি এড়াতে 'customs' (রীতিনীতি/কাস্টমস অফিস) থেকে আলাদা।
