誰かに同意したり、同じ意見を持ったりすること。また、複数の出来事が同時に起こることも指します。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

フォーマルな場面や書面でよく使われ、会話では「agree」などが一般的です。「同時に起こる」はあまり使われません。
