物語や出来事の中で最も盛り上がる、または重要な瞬間を指します。状況の最高潮にも使われます。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主に文語や物語、映画等で使います。話の転換点や最も盛り上がるシーンで使われます。日常でも一番盛り上がった場面に対して使うことがあります。性的な最高潮を指す場合もあります。「アンチクライマックス」と混同しないようにしてください。
