Definition

কোনো দেয়াল, দরজা বা একই ধরনের কিছুর মধ্যে ছোট ও সরু ফাঁক বা ফাটল।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

'chinks of light' মানে কোথাও থেকে সরু আলো প্রবেশ করছে বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়। প্রতিদিনের কথাবার্তায় সাধারণত 'ফাটল' বা 'ফাঁক' শব্দ ব্যবহৃত হয়। ব্যক্তির পরিচয়ে এ শব্দ ব্যবহার এড়ানো উচিত।
