合計や全体を表したり、何かが完全であることを示す時に使います。状況のまとめや全体的な評価にも使われます。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

合計の場合は「全部で」、完全や全体を表す場合は「完全に」を使います。「not altogether」は「完全に〜ではない」です。文頭の「Altogether,」はフォーマルで「全体としては」という意味。all together（皆で）は別の意味です。
