轻轻地从一边晃到另一边，或影响某人的观点或决定。
Usage Notes (Chinese (Simplified))
既可指物理上的摆动，也可指影响或左右人的想法。正式和非正式场合都可用。不要与“waves”（波浪或挥手）混淆。
