弱虫意気地なし（侮蔑的）

Definition

主に男性や男の子が弱い、怖がりだと見なされる時に使われる、非常に非公式で侮蔑的な言葉です。人をからかったり、馬鹿にする際によく使われます。

とてもカジュアルで侮蔑的な言い方で、多くの場合使うのはふさわしくありません。「sissies」という言葉は差別的な印象がありますので注意が必要です。

They called us sissies for not climbing the tree.
