「sicked」は、動物（たいてい犬）に誰かを攻撃するよう命じたことを表す動詞の過去形です。

とても口語的・非公式な表現で、警察や攻撃の場面で使われます。「病気」という意味では使いません。「sick (someone) on (someone)」という言い方が典型的です。
