Kabuklu deniz ürünlerinin (özellikle midye) kabuğunu açan ya da mısırın kabuğunu soyan kişi veya alet.

Genelde midye açan kişi veya makina için kullanılır. Mısır için olursa 'corn shucker' şeklinde belirtilir. Günlük dilde nadir kullanılır.
