Bir ürün veya bilgi almak için mektup, e-posta veya çevrimiçi form göndererek talep etmek. Genellikle mağazada bulunmayan ürünler için kullanılır.

Genellikle numune, katalog veya bilgi gibi mağazada bulunmayan şeylerin talebinde kullanılır. 'send off' ya da 'send for' ifadelerinden farklıdır.
