Definition

出来事や体験を詳しく語ること。また、投票や数をもう一度数えることも指す。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

ややフォーマルまたは文章で使われやすい表現。'recounting a story'（物語を語る）、'recounting events'（出来事を語る）などで使う。選挙では票を再集計する意味がある。通常の「数える」には使わない。
