被列為某一特定羣體或級別；被認為是某一類別中最好的、最差的、最重要的之一。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

多用於正式或半正式場合，常與“the best”“the most famous”等搭配。不適用於具體排名（用“is ranked as”表達）。“Rank among”強調某人或某物屬於某個重要羣體。
