Ragout, genellikle et ve sebzelerin zengin bir sosla ağır ateşte pişirilmesiyle yapılan koyu ve lezzetli bir yahni türüdür.

Genellikle yemek tariflerinde veya restoran menülerinde kullanılır. Hafif çorbalardan farklı olarak ağır pişirilen, yoğun kıvamlı bir yemektir.
