誰かの秘密や悪いことをみんなの前で暴露したり、公然と非難したりすること。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

とてもカジュアルでネットや会話で使われる表現。 "put someone on blast" は公になじる・バラすという意味。フォーマルな文章にはふさわしくない。
