Definition
কোনো কিছু এমনভাবে কোনো পৃষ্ঠ বা বস্তুর উপর বসানো যাতে তা স্থায়ীভাবে থাকে।
Usage Notes (Bengali)
সাধারণত যন্ত্রপাতি বা নির্দিষ্ট কিছু বস্তুকে বসানোর জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়। 'put on'-এর তুলনায় বেশি আনুষ্ঠানিক। যাতায়াতের জন্য নয়।
Examples
We need to mount the shelves on the wall.
আমাদের তাকগুলি দেয়ালে **স্থাপন করা** দরকার।
Please mount the sign on the door.
দয়া করে চিহ্নটি দরজায় **বসান**।
They mounted the camera on a tripod.
