何かをこっそり盗むこと；または犯罪的な文脈で誰かを殺す、消す意味もあります。

“Make away with” はフォーマルでやや時代遅れの表現。現代英語では主に「盗む」の意味だが、小説や犯罪文脈では「殺す」や「処分する」意味も。日常会話ではあまり使わない。
