Definition

এই ব্রিটিশ অভিব্যক্তিটি বোঝায় যে কিছু (যেমন চিঠি বা পার্সেল) পাঠানো হয়েছে এবং ডাকের মাধ্যমে পথে আছে। এটি আমেরিকান ইংরেজির 'in the mail' এর সমতুল্য।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

প্রধানত ব্রিটিশ ইংরেজিতে ব্যবহৃত হয়; আমেরিকান ইংরেজিতে 'in the mail' বলে। ডাকযোগে পাঠানো জিনিস বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়, এখনও পাঠানো হয়নি এমন নয়। ডেলিভারির জন্য সাধারণত ব্যবহৃত হয়।
