Definition

お墓に設置される石や標識で、故人の名前や日付、メッセージが刻まれていることが多いです。

「墓石」はもっとも一般的で、正式な表現です。口語では「お墓」と言うこともありますが、それは全体を指す場合があります。「墓碑」も使われますが、やや書き言葉です。
