Definition

केंद्रबोर्ड एक सपाट, हिलनेवाला बोर्ड होता है जो छोटी नाव, खासकर पाल नाव, के नीचे रहता है और नाव को स्थिर रखने तथा तिरछा बहने से रोकने के लिए ऊपर-नीचे किया जा सकता है।

अधिकतर नौकायन या पाल नावों में प्रयुक्त। हर नाव में केंद्रबोर्ड नहीं होता; यह विशेषकर छोटी पाल नावों के लिए होता है। इसे स्थिर 'कील' से न भ्रमित करें, जो हमेशा नीचे रहती है।
