Definition

어떤 안건, 제안, 계획 등에 대해 회의나 모임에서 투표로 의견을 정하는 것.

'vote on a bill', 'vote on the plan' 등 안건이나 계획에 대해 쓸 수 있음. 공식적인 회의나 위원회에서 많이 사용함. 선거에서 후보자에 투표할 때는 쓰지 않음.

We will vote on the new rules tomorrow.
