এই কথাটি ব্যবহার করা হয় যখন কেউ একটু মদ্যপান করেছেন এবং হালকা মাতাল অবস্থায় আছেন। সাধারণত মজা বা মজার পরিবেশে একজনকে বর্ণনা করতে বলা হয়।
