用绳子等牢牢地绑住某物或某人；也指让某人很忙，无法做其他事。

“tie up” 既有字面（用绳子绑）又有引申义（让人没空做别的事）。口语常用“I'm tied up”表示“我很忙”。不要和“tie”本身（领带/打结/打平）混淆。
