ささいなことやくだらないことで、声を上げて口論したり言い争ったりすること。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

子ども同士や家族など親しい人同士が取るに足らないことで言い合う状況に使われます。深刻なけんかには使いません。「〜について」「〜のことで」「〜と」と一緒に使うことが多いです。
