상대방에게 짧고 무뚝뚝하게, 불친절하게 말하거나 대하는 것. 주로 짜증이나 피곤할 때 사용됨.

비공식적이고 다소 부정적이며, 주로 가족이나 가까운 사이에서 사용됨. 'short of'와 혼동하지 않기.
