এরা সেই সব পুলিশ, দমকলকর্মী বা প্যারামেডিক, যারা জরুরি ঘটনার সময় সাহায্য করতে আসে।

সাধারণত 'first responders' হিসেবে বেশি ব্যবহৃত হয়। কেবল কথা উত্তরদাতা নয়, মূলত জরুরী পরিস্থিতির জন্য।
