কোনো কিছুর কথা ভাবলেই এত অসন্তোষ বা ঘৃণা বোধ হওয়া যে সে কথা চিন্তাও করতে চাই না।

এটি বেশ আনুষ্ঠানিক বা সাহিত্যিক রূপ, সাধারণ কথাবার্তায় খুব ব্যবহৃত হয় না। শুধু খুব ঘৃণা/ভয়ের পাত্রে ব্যবহার হয়। 'recoil at the thought of...'-এর সঙ্গে সাধারণ।
