レベとは、ハシディズムのユダヤ教で敬われる宗教指導者、精神的な教師を指します。

「レベ」はハシディズムに特有の言葉で、一般的な「ラビ」とは異なります。個人名として使う場合は大文字表記され、高い敬意を表します。
