Definition

誰かの家などに計画なしで短時間だけふらっと寄ること。気軽な訪問に使われます。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

くだけた表現で、友人やご近所を気軽に訪ねる時に使います。フォーマルな場面やアメリカ英語では使いません。「ちょっと～に寄る」と続けます。
