大切なことではなく、くだらないことやどうでもいいことをして時間を無駄にすること。イギリスやオーストラリアの英語で使うカジュアルな表現。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

'piss around'はとてもカジュアルで少し下品な表現なので、フォーマルな場面では使わないでください。'stop pissing around' のように、時間をムダにしていることにイライラした時によく使います。
