Informal e sobretudo britânico. Refere-se a vaguear sem direção, normalmente em ambientes interiores ou familiares. Pode indicar tédio ou relaxamento. Frequentemente usado com 'just': 'just mooching around'. Não é pedir coisas ('mooch off').
