만나다 (공식적으로)직면하다 (반응, 결과 등)

Definition

누군가와 약속을 정하여 공식적으로 만나거나 대화를 나누는 것. 또한 어떤 반응이나 결과를 경험하는 의미도 포함된다.

'만나다'는 공식적인 자리나 비즈니스 미팅 등에 사용됨. 일상적으로는 그냥 '만나다'를 사용. '저항에 직면하다'처럼 결과나 반응을 경험할 때도 사용.

I will meet with my manager tomorrow.

나는 내일 매니저와 **만날 것**이다.

She needs to meet with her team to discuss the issue.

그녀는 문제를 논의하기 위해 팀과 **만나야** 한다.
