Definition
Bir şeyi el veya aletle bastırıp ezerek yumuşak ve pürüzsüz bir karışım haline getirmek. Genellikle yemek yaparken kullanılır.

Daha çok mutfakta kullanılır: 'ezme patates', 'ezme meyve'. 'smashing' (kuvvetle kırmak) ile karıştırmayın.
