"just off the boat" in Spanish

Expresión informal para alguien que acaba de llegar a un país nuevo o que es inexperto e ingenuo. Originalmente se refería a inmigrantes que llegaban en barco.

Muy informal y algo anticuada. Puede sonar despectiva o insensible si se refiere a inmigrantes; úsala con cuidado. Indica alguien ingenuo o sin experiencia local. Similar a 'green' o 'fresh off the boat' en inglés.
