누군가를 식사, 행사, 혹은 밖에서 함께 시간을 보내자고 제안하는 것. 주로 친근하거나 로맨틱한 의미로 사용됨.

보통 식사, 데이트 혹은 동료와의 만남 등 누구를 밖으로 초대할 때 쓰입니다. 'invite over'는 집으로 초대하는 뜻이니 혼동하지 마세요. 예시: 'invite her out for dinner', 'invite him out to a movie'.
