Definition

हवा या गैस डालकर किसी चीज़ को बड़ा बनाना, जैसे गुब्बारा। यह संख्याएँ, कीमतें या मूल्यों को वास्तविक या उचित से अधिक बढ़ाने का अर्थ भी रखता है।

Usage Notes (Hindi)

'Inflating' सामान्यत: गुब्बारे, टायर या बॉलों में हवा भरने के लिए और अर्थशास्त्र में कीमतें या आँकड़े बढ़ाने (exaggerate) के लिए इस्तेमाल होता है। इसका प्रयोग प्राकृतिक वृद्धि के लिए नहीं होता।
