「進行中」や「準備中」は、何かがまだ完成していなくても、計画されたり準備されたりしている状態を表します。

「進行中」「準備中」は非公式な表現で、将来のプロジェクトや計画によく使います。「have」「plans」などと一緒に使われることがあります。建設現場には使いません。
