物事や自分の感情などをうまく管理できている状態。冷静さや主導権を持っていること。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

ストレスの多い場面や感情のコントロールに使われます。『in control of 〜』『stay in control』のような形で使うことが多いです。反対は『lose control』です。
