將背和肩膀彎向前，讓身體變小，通常因這麼做是因為冷、害怕或不舒服。

多用於口語。常形容因為冷、害怕或想擠進小空間而把自己縮成一團。不要和“hunch over”（通常指專注做事時前傾）混淆。常見搭配：hunch up your shoulders，hunched up in a corner。
