突然激しく怒ったり、力ずくで攻撃的になること。マーベルキャラクター「ハルク」になぞらえて、ユーモラスや誇張した文脈で使われる。

砕けた話し言葉やジョークの場面でよく使います。「ハルク化」「ハルクになる」などでも通じる場合がありますが、正式な場では適しません。
