Definition
অর্ধগোলার্ধ হলো গোলকের দুইটি সমান ভাগ, সাধারণত পৃথিবীর উত্তর/দক্ষিণ বা পূর্ব/পশ্চিম ভাগ বা মানুষের মস্তিষ্কের দুই অংশ বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
Usage Notes (Bengali)
বিজ্ঞান, ভূগোল অথবা চিকিৎসা ক্ষেত্রে বেশি ব্যবহৃত হয়। যেমন, 'উত্তর/দক্ষিণ অর্ধগোলার্ধ' বা 'মস্তিষ্কের বাম/ডান অর্ধগোলার্ধ' বলার সময় ব্যবহার হয়।
