Geralmente vem seguido de gerúndio ('help in finding'), substantivo ('help in the kitchen') ou objetivo ('help in achieving success'). Soa um pouco mais formal; no cotidiano, 'help with' é mais comum. Não use para pedir socorro imediato, nesse caso use 'help me!'.
