動物や時には人間の腰から太もも上部にかけての部分。料理ではこの部分の肉を指すこともある。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
解剖学や料理（特にジビエ料理）、または「腰を落とす」などの姿勢表現で使われる。日常会話ではあまり使わない。'hunch'（予感）と混同しないよう注意。
