自分の成功や他人の失敗を（特に嫌な感じで）誇らしげに見せること。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
‘Gloat over’ は、嫌味な形で他人の失敗や自分の成功を誇る時に使われる。普通の喜びや誇りには使わない。
