Bir kaptaki ya da alanın içinin tamamen, genellikle en üst seviyeye kadar dolu olduğunu ifade eder. Duygular için de kullanılabilir.

Bu ifade genellikle bardak, kase gibi kaplar veya yoğun duygular ('filled to the brim with joy') için kullanılır. Az dolu şeylerde kullanılmaz.
